Hey beautiful people!

I’m still pretty new to this whole blogging thing, and I think I may have started off a little heavy. Don’t get me wrong—faith, healing, and deep conversations will always be part of Grace & Glow. But I also want this space to feel like coffee with a friend—sometimes deep, sometimes light, always real. So today, let’s switch it up and have some fun with a “get to know me” post!

Here are a few fun facts about me:

1. I’m an Assistant Community Manager at a beautiful property, which basically means I balance people, paperwork, and printer drama (yes, I can fix printers now… who knew? 😂).
2. I’ve been married to my honey for 26 years—which in Hollywood years is basically a miracle! He’s my rock, my best friend, and the calm to my EXTRA. 😉
3. I’m a mama to one amazing son and a bonus mama to two more incredible sons. Blending a family takes grace, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
4. I’m half Mexican 🇲🇽 and proud of it! Give me Mexican food any day of the week—tacos, enchiladas, chips & salsa—I’m a happy girl. And cheese. Give me cheese 🧀
5. I’m post-menopausal (thanks to a hysterectomy). No more hot flashes, hallelujah 🙌🏼, but weight gain is real, y’all. My body seems to think we’re in a serious relationship with carbs now. Still learning this new version of me—sometimes laughing, sometimes crying, always leaning on Jesus.
6. I’m a total girly girl—I love fashion, pretty toes (a MUST), and shoes . Especially yellow ones because they feel like sunshine. ☀️
7. I love a good-smelling home—Scentsy, candles, essential oils, you name it. If you walk into my house, you’re getting hugged by fragrance.
8. Coffee is basically my love language. Three cups before 9am is normal. Quad lattes? Even better. ☕
9. I’m an author (woohoo!) of Redeemed: A Journey from Brokenness to Freedom, Renewed: Healing the Mind Through the Word of God, plus a devotional. God took my testimony and turned it into a message of hope for others. AND I’m finishing up Book 4. 🙌🏼
10. I can’t sing for nothing—seriously, I feel sorry for the people in front of me at church—but that won’t stop me from worshiping LOUD. 🎶
11. I’m a foodie who loves all things appetizers and occasionally eats dessert first. Zero regrets. 🍰
12. I love to write with emojis 💁🏻‍♀️💛 💕🌟because sometimes words just need that little extra sparkle!

At the end of the day, I’m just a Jesus-loving, coffee-drinking, shoe-wearing, taco-eating, always-learning woman who wants to live with grace and glow—and help you do the same.
